Laying of the First Stone of the "Graha Kasih" Building
The groundbreaking was held on July 7 2023. It was attended by several government agencies and religious, social and security services,
TNI Polri and their ranks. This development already has official and legal permission in writing,
stamped with SK number 601/0340/B-11/IMB/VI/2021. Decree date June 14 2021.
For 2 years, there have been pros and cons to this development plan, so this development plan
has been pending, but we are grateful that this is God's perfect timing.
Building Deconstruction Process
Demolition of residential buildings to level the land and start construction of new buildings with new permits.
Footplate Foundation Construction Process
The work has reached the foundation excavation,
excavation of hearths, concrete rebates, footplate formwork
and installation of footplates at predetermined points.
Previously there was leveling of the excavated land and
electrical arrangements for supporting equipment.
Pillar Construction
Pillar foundation cast construction completes the construction of the footplate and building foundation structure,
in the future we will continue with the next floor casting.
2nd Floor Concrete Construction
Installation of scaffolding for 2nd floor cast concrete begins.
Casting work will be carried out with ready mix carried out next week.
2nd Floor Casting Process
This week, casting was carried out for the foundation of the 2nd floor.
Thank God, we were able to carry out this casting process well and smoothly.
Pillar Construction Process, 3rd floor
Construction of the 3rd floor Pillar has started, work will take place in a few days
and next month it is likely that the casting work will be carried out on the 3rd floor.
3rd Floor Casting Process
The process of making pillars and scaffolding frames for the 3rd floor foundation has been completed.
Next week, it is planned that casting will be carried out on the 3rd floor of the Graha Kasih C3 Efata building.
